The post-fire real estate market starts to take shape in LA

Housing experts were alarmed after recent fires in Southern California torched thousands of homes in places like the Pacific Palisades and Altadena. They're concerned that a lack of supply will cause housing prices to soar higher than they already are.

Los Angeles County real estate agent Richard Schulman joins host Peter O'Dowd to discuss what that housing market is starting to look like as the first sales of burnt-down homes start to go under contract.
