Los Angeles Becomes Least Affordable City for Rent

New statistics now suggest rent is becoming too high for many people. Median rent prices are now crossing the

basic affordability threshold of 30% of less of a household’s income.

On top of

that, the least affordable city has been shown to be our very own Los Angeles, where median rent now makes up a whopping 47 percent of Median income.

While this certainly is a problem for lower income and middle income households, this does also represent a strong opportunity for landlords. It also lends itself to an opportunity consider buying over renting. Contact me to take advantage of these opportunities.
