A southern California native, Scott was raised in a family with over 50 years of experience in real estate sales, investing and property management in south Orange County. From an early age, he gained exposure to best practices of industry leaders and developed a passion for the business.

Scott began his career in Los Angeles real estate in 2011 and has managed over $600,000,000 in sales volume comprised of over 400 successfully closed transactions. His experience ranges from entry level to luxury price points, with an extensive knowledge of hyper-local markets in Los Angeles County. Scott joined The Schulman Team in 2018, determined to drive the team’s mission to create opportunity of wealth, pride of ownership and security for both clients and team members through lifelong relationships in real estate sales and investing. He aims to leverage his local market expertise with operational efficiency, risk management and mentorship to help clients achieve their goals.

Scott is a double alumnus of the University of Southern California, with degrees in Public Policy, Management and Urban Planning and Business with a specialization in Social Entrepreneurship. He utilizes his past experience in environmental planning, project management and politics to provide a consultative approach to brokering his clients’ best interests. Scott is a member of the Keller Williams Rainbow Network, Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Young Professionals Council and My Friend’s Place Emerging Leaders Council.
