Richard is one of Keller Williams’ top producing real estate agents. He has been involved in the sale of over 2,000 homes valued at more than $1,400,000,000, he heads one of the top Keller Williams teams Worldwide, and he consistently ranks in the top 0.1% of all Realtors nationwide. As a native of Los Angeles, he is intimately familiar with the different neighborhoods and environs, and he expertly advises his clients of the right match for them. The reasons for his success? Hard work, superior market knowledge, an awesome team and a total domination of the internet market for real estate. Richard has the tools to provide superior service to buyers and sellers, and he and his team help them along every step of their transaction.

In addition, one of his passions is advising many of his clients on investment properties. Many of his sales are for properties intended for rental or resale, and he has helped many clients develop a large portfolio of income-producing properties.

In the aftermath of the market crash, Richard was one of the few agents left standing – his bread and butter for many years was his expert handling of short sales and foreclosures. While the market has recovered and very few sales these days are distressed, he remains the top agent to call on for selling these types of properties.

Richard’s high level of expertise has afforded him the honor of being a guest lecturer in real estate courses at UCLA Extension, School of Business, and Management & Legal Programs. He has also had the privilege of teaching classes and leading seminars at Keller Williams offices throughout the country.
