She helps sellers through every step of the short sale process and knows the ins and outs of working with the banks to get the short sale successfully approved. She is a also buyer specialist, with several years of experience in the South Bay and West LA areas. Gaby is also fluent in Spanish.
Brooke Elkin is a new addition to the team as a high end home specialist. Brooke has never sold a property for under $600,000, and she has sold properties as high as $16,500,000.

Christine focuses on the San Fernando Valley areas of Los Angeles. She can adeptly put you in the right property, whether it’s a home or a condo, whether you are a first time buyer, or an experienced repeat buyer.
Noah has an extensive history working in real estate. He has numerous designations including Five Star Institute’s Short Sale and REO designation, and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Noah has completed hundreds of BPOs and listed properties for a number of REO companies. He provides administrative support to the team allowing us to focus on showing properties, negotiating contracts and managing escrows. Noah describes real estate as his passion, and says that being involved in people finding their special properties that they can call home is a feeling that is truly amazing.
Heather helps ensure the office is running smoothly. She also coordinates and schedules showings. With Heather efficiently handling the many office details required for a successful real estate business, our agents’ time is allowed to be freed up to show properties, focus on our buyers’ and sellers’ needs, and expertly negotiate deals.
