We faced a surprisingly daunting market earlier this year, and Richard’s determination, persistence and smart negotiation put us into a roomy house at a better location and price than we thought possible. In addition, the transaction (a short sale) proceeded much faster than average. Actually, Richard got us more than one accepted offer along the way, and we were able to choose.
